Born from Dan Kosta’s lifelong pursuit of Pinot Noir excellence, Grail is his personal project, building on the experience and success from his days as co-founder/proprietor of Kosta Browne Winery. Dan seeks pristine vineyards and top resources to craft wines of purity and purpose.
Each wine is made carefully, with Dan and winemaker Shane Finley choosing grapes and barrels to showcase California’s top vineyards — Dan’s take on “Grand Cru.”

Grail by Dan Kosta Tasting + Lunch Experience
Enjoy a private three-course lunch with Dan and Katie Kosta accompanied by a tasting of the Grail collection at Folia Bar & Kitchen. Experience Grail’s single-vineyard-designated wines paired with a seasonal chef’s menu inspired by Charlie Palmer’s culinary tradition.
